What the muster is, and is not
The reads it gives you are the same first reads we make across a ute tray: the likely cause behind a symptom and the one safety steer that matters. What it will never do is diagnose a fix, quote a price or promise a time, because none of those are honest until a technician has the door in hand. Think of it as arriving at the conversation with your notes already written.
One read it gives that most people have never seen written down: doors wear by cycle count, not by calendar. A spring rated around 10,000 cycles lasts a decade on a quiet door and under three years on a working one.
