What we collect

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you chose to give us: your name, phone number, email if you added one, the property locality, the job type you picked, your message, and any photos you attached. If you used the Door Muster, the tally you built appears in your message field before you send it, visible and editable, so you always see exactly what is being sent.

The Door Muster itself stores its working tally in your own browser's local storage so your list survives a page reload. That data stays on your device until you clear the muster or clear your browser data; it is not sent anywhere unless you choose to send the enquiry.

Why we collect it

One reason: to respond to your enquiry, phone you back, plan the visit and quote the work. We do not use your details for marketing lists, and we do not sell or rent them to anyone.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored securely so they can be handled and followed up. We may share your enquiry with a suitable local provider so that your request can be serviced, and with no one else. Photos you attach are stored for a limited period for the purpose of assessing the job, then expire.

Keeping the bots out

The form carries one hidden field that a person never sees and spam scripts fill in anyway; anything that fills it gets dropped, no data kept. That is the only bot check running on this form today.

What this site does not do

• No advertising trackers and no social-media pixels.
• No sale of personal information, full stop.
• No newsletter you did not ask for; we contact you about your enquiry and nothing else.

Your choices

If you would like the details from an enquiry corrected or removed, reply to the contact we made with you, or send a fresh enquiry through the form saying so, and it will be done. Standard web server logs (a timestamp, a page path) exist for security and reliability and age out on their own.
